Pho Kho Gia Lai, which is a concoction of noodles, rice, and beef. Its widely considered to be Vietnam’s national dish and is very easy to find through out the country. Beef broth can be added for another element in the layers of flavor. Onions and and herbs are common as well. I’m very excited try all of these new foods that I’ve been seeing in my research of Bhutan and Vietnam.
