I’ve never been to a Vietnamese restaurant. I always hate to try something, like it a certain way, and then not like it as much when I have it in its authentic style of cooking. It’s like when people say their favorite food from a Chinese restaurant is cashew chicken. That isn’t a Chinese dish. That is a Springfield dish. If you went to China, you wouldn’t find cashews with chicken. Same with cream cheese and sushi. I’m really excited to try everything in it’s authentic setting!
