Romeo and Juliet workshop a success

The Any Given Child event allowed more than 950 students, from Springfield public schools, to attend an abridged performance of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet.”

The Any Given Child event allowed more than 950 students, from Springfield public schools, to attend an abridged performance of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” on Friday, Nov. 22.

Due to theatre size restrictions, the remainder of the districts eighth grade class will attend a performance at MSU on Friday, March 28, of the “Pirates of Penzance.” 
KSMU also had a radio show special of the program and it’s success. You can listen to the radio show online KSMU Radio Coverage.
