Fall dance concert to feature student-choreographed work

MSU-Dance-BlueSkirtsThe department of theatre and dance will host its fall dance concert Oct. 28 to Nov. 1 in Craig Hall’s Balcony Theatre.

Dancers explore culture of modern, contemporary

The concert “Taking Flight” is a collection of student-choreographed work that explores the culture of modern and contemporary dance.

It is free and open to the public, but seating is limited and offered at a first-come, first-serve basis. Doors open 30 minutes before show time.

The department is also accepting donations for students in the dance department to attend the American College Dance Association regional conference.

Event schedule

Showtimes: 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 28-Nov. 1; and 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 31-Nov. 1
Location: Balcony Theater in Craig Hall
Admission: Free and open to public, on first-come, first-serve basis
