Spots on Chambourcin

Karl and CJ noticed some spots on Chambourcin grapevines this morning. We asked Laszlo what it might be and at this point he thinks it is "Rupestris Speckle", a physiological spot that occurs in certain conditions on cultivars that have Vitis rupestris as an ancestor.
