What's happening in the field?

At the Missouri State Fruit Experiment Station

Here it comes

August 6, 2009 by Clayton J Odneal Jr

Our first run of peach brandy for 2009.

It’s going really well. The peach brandy has a real nice nose to it and a light peach aroma smell.

After some more distillation runs of peaches, we will filter the product. The next step (in time) we buy bottles and make labels. Then we will bottle our new product.
