Please make plans to attend academic advisor forums in the Fall 2026 semester. All sessions count toward the three hours needed for annual renewal of Master Advisor designation. All faculty and staff are welcome, so please encourage colleagues to participate. Registration is strongly encouraged.

Save the Date for National Transfer Student Week!

National Transfer Student Week will be October 19-23, 2026. We will share the full schedule of Missouri State events in early October. If you would like to collaborate with the Academic Advising and Transfer Center on recognizing transfer students within your department throughout National Transfer Student Week, please email CampbellKeele@MissouriState.edu.

2026-2027 New Transfer Student Guide

The Academic Advising and Transfer Center is excited to introduce the first edition of the New Transfer Student Guide! Our 2026-2027 New Transfer Student Guide provides information on everything you need to know before classes begin, including orientation, registration, transfer credits, advising, financial aid, housing, campus resources, and ways to get involved. This guide is an optional resource for our new transfer students, meant to supplement the information they receive in their admitted student checklist and online orientation experience.

Transfer Advising Committee

The Transfer Advising Committee has representation from each academic college and works collaboratively to develop best practices for transfer advising, facilitate communication regarding transfer student issues, and offer professional development for transfer advisors.
