Experience the vibrance and beauty of Rae Senarighi’s transgender and non-binary portraits at “Back in my Body.” This exhibition opens at the Brick City Gallery on February 16 and closes on March 5.
Through the use of vivid color mixed with continuous self-acceptance and self-love, Rae produces artwork showcasing beautiful individuals celebrating their stunning uniqueness with pride. Rae describes himself on his personal website as “your average non-binary cancer survivor inspiring self-compassion, activism and gender resilience via unapologetic portraiture of vibrant transgender and non-binary power.”
“Back in my Body” continues this theme of celebration and appreciation of the human form by encouraging the notion of being at home in our own bodies.
