Located conveniently in the Plaster Student Union, Bear Necessities is stocked with items that are always there when students need them in a pinch. It has items that are used daily like toothpaste, deodorant, soap and even Kleenex! These things can run out unexpectedly, but are also a necessity. Panicked students can easily restock them with a quick stop at Bear Necessities.  

I personally visit Bear Necessities multiple times a week for what I like to call “snackies”. Working on the fourth floor of the Plaster Student Union has many perks, one of which is being in such close proximity to Bear Necessities and the many snack and drink options it offers. It is stocked full with chips, candy, crackers, an array of Cheez-It flavors, coffee, ice cream, soda, Powerade, Lunchables, and even a milkshake machine! Whatever you are craving, there is a good chance you can find it at Bear Necessities.

Another interesting fact about Bear Necessities is they offer the option to pay with cash, card or putting it on your account. This could be a little dangerous because with a simple swipe of your BearPass card and a quick signature, you can place whatever you buy on your account and pay for it later.

So stop by Bear Necessities, potentially with a budget in mind, whenever you’re craving something sweet, salty or sugary!
