On Her Day-To-Day Routine:
“I work from 9 am to 6 pm. When I get to the office I review my emails, and I answer them to stay up-to-date. After I review my pending list; I have a pending list where I write down everything I need to get done so I can be more efficient and I don’t forget anything. It’s a map of each task that I’m responsible for. Some days I have meetings with my boss or someone part of the team to get advanced in my duties. My days are never the same, this is only an idea of what it could be.”
On What She’s Been Up To:
“My projects are different from most people that graduate from the Technology and Construction Management Department. I don’t work with constructions projects, I work with marketing projects, and I love it!”
- The branding plan of the company – the marketing initiative for the company will be driven from here.
- Improving status image as partner of Salesforce.
- Customers’ success stories – to be posted on company website and social media.
Learning On The Job:
“One of the most valuable things I’m learning here is Salesforce. Salesforce is a cloud computing company that provides companies with an interface for case management and task management, and a system for automatically routing and escalating important events. I’m studying to get certified in Pardot, a B2B marketing tool that will enhance my performance as a marketer.”
Advice Worth Passing On:
“I believe in anything you do you have to put a 100% of your effort. Even if the outcome is not what you expected, at least you know that you did everything you could… Best advice is not to give up. The road to success is not smooth, and we have to learn to deal with our frustration. I would advise to all the students that are going to graduate soon that they need to keep trying, they need to study hard, and give everything they have for what they want. If you have a goal, go for it! Don’t rest until you achieve that goal, in the meantime keep trying and learning to succeed in the world.”
