The Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC) has announced NEW education benefits! Students who graduated with a master’s degree in Project Management from Missouri State University since initial accreditation in 2012 can now be awarded substantial credit toward the experience requirement on their application for all PMI certifications. According to the GAC:

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® | 12 months reduction to general project experience * Need to show 8 months agile team experience |
PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® | 12 months reduction to risk management experience |
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® | 12 months reduction to project scheduling experience |
