The CDR is pleased to welcome two new graduate assistants, Cole Westhoff and Kathleen Norman.
Cole is a graduate of the interpersonal communication and psychology majors and the undergraduate certificate in conflict. He is currently working towards his master’s degree in mental health counseling and hopes to obtain a career in which he can help make people’s lives better so they can, in turn, help those around them. Cole assisted the CDR with our Victim Impact Panel for Youth as an intern last year, and is now helping to coordinate the program.
Kathleen is originally from O’fallen, Missouri and came to Missouri State to pursue a bachelor’s degree in child and family development. She became involved with the CDR as an undergraduate while completing an internship with the Center. She has facilitated family group conferences for the CDR for over a year and has also facilitated Girls Circle groups. She is currently working towards a master’s in school counseling, and during her free time she enjoys running and baking delicious treats (a hobby that also benefits her office-mates at the CDR! 🙂 ).
We are thrilled to have both Cole and Kathleen on the CDR team as they complete their graduate studies.
