The CDR will be offering the free Campus Conflict Workshop “Speaking Up to Bias,” with guest presenter Dr. Stephen Spates, on Tuesday, March 9, from 12-1 p.m. via Zoom.

Pre-registration is not required, but we encourage you to RSVP to receive event reminders and resources in advance. This session qualifies for Master Advisor credit.

About “Speaking Up to Bias”

How do you respond when you hear a prejudicial statement in the workplace or classroom? This workshop will explore ways of speaking up to bias without shaming, blaming, or alienating the speaker. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own examples to the session.
