As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the security of Missouri State’s networks, we are changing the way access to Missouri State’s Virtual Private Network (VPN) is assigned. Missouri State’s VPN allows off-campus access to resources that would ordinarily only be available on-campus, like Administrative Banner and Argos. In the past, access to the VPN was assigned to all users with a Missouri State account. Beginning October 15, 2018, access to the VPN will only be assigned to those users who require it for a university business or academic function.
If you’d like to request access to VPN services, please email InformationSecurity@MissouriState.edu from your Missouri State account. Include a short description of the academic or business reason you’re requesting VPN services.
