The cooperative engineering program is hosting its annual picnic on the second floor of the Plaster Center for Free Enterprise Sept. 6 from 5 – 7 p.m.
Dr. Doug Carroll, director of the cooperative engineering program, cautions it’s not really a picnic. It is, however, a way to get to know professors, other students and potential employers.
Faculty, staff, students, alumni and supporters are welcome to attend.
Carroll will give tours of the new space that is being constructed for cooperative engineering.
There will be pizza, chips, vegetable trays, soda and dessert.
“We have good support from MSU, Missouri S&T and the community,” Caroll said. “A lot of people contribute to make the program successful.”
