More money, more projects

Sometimes science is expensive. We want to find out new things, but the price tag sometimes hinders that. Fortunately, there are grants that can make up for the deficit. Students learning Matlab gain new skills, opportunities

Programming and science can be intimidating if you haven't been exposed to it. That's why alumnus Steve Nunn, adjunct faculty in physics, astronomy and material sciences, is working to raise awareness by teaching Matlab, a well-known programming language. Who cares about friction?
