Be kind. Be positive. Be strong. Be safe.
Open Enrollment for Benefits is available from now through December 1, 2021. This is an annual process. Don’t forget to take the time to do it this month! To receive the full $30 wellness credit, you must complete both the flu vaccination ($10 credit) and the Covid vaccination ($20 credit) and submit the required documentation to Magers Health and Wellness prior to Dec 1, 2021. I just finished the open enrollment process and received all of my vaccinations earlier.
United Way – You should have just received a letter in your campus mailbox this week. United Way is a community leader helping to serve the needs of many organizations. I have donated for many years because I see the needs in our community and I know that the organizations are doing what they can to improve the lives of many. I use payroll deduction because it is so convenient! I encourage you to consider the “cup of coffee challenge” – that’s $5/month deducted from your paycheck. If all employees contributed that amount – we would raise more than $128K for United Way. United Way needs you! If you have never contributed before $5/month is a great start. Please join me. Can CNAS employees provide 25 contributions above last year? Please donate today and if you already threw away the materials you can donate online. I’ll provide an update on # of givers in two weeks.
The most recent edition of DISCOVERIES went out last week! If you did not receive a copy and would like to receive future editions please let Dylan Welker (DylanWelker@MissouriState.edu) know.
