Jane A. Meyer CarillonMissouri State University has been chosen to host the 2015 Guild of Carillonneurs in North America (GCNA) Congress on June 15-19, where carillonists from across the world will gather to present on their craft.

Missouri State is home to the Jane A. Meyer carillon, a 48-bell Eijsbouts instrument. Erected in 2001, the tower sits centrally on campus as part of the Meyer Library.

About the 2015 Congress

This year’s congress will open with a host recital on June 15. Over the ensuing four days, attendees will hear carillon music from artists like Malgosia Fiebig (Utrecht), Ed Nassor (National Cathedral), Jeremy Chesman (Missouri State) and Joey Brink (Winner of the Fabiola Competition). There will also be presentations on topics useful to carillonists of all levels.
