About the series
The Campus Conflict Workshop Series was developed to help students, faculty and staff navigate conflict situations. Earlier this semester, associate professor of communication Dr. Stephanie Norander presented “Bullying in the Workplace.” To wrap up the semester, CDR director Dr. Charlene Berquist, also a communication professor, and Heather Blades, CDR’s associate director, will give two more presentations: “Dealing with Difficult People” on April 22 and “Managing Conflict in the Workplace” on May 5. Both sessions will be noon to 1 p.m. in PSU 315.
