The Conflict Resolution in College (CRC) Group was honored as the Outstanding New Organization at the 2013 STAR Awards Banquet. The STAR Awards (Student Talent and Recognition) is a program that celebrates individual and organizational accomplishments throughout the year.

The CRC, sponsored by the Center for Dispute Resolution (CDR), is involved in a variety of conflict and mediation activities that exist to serve the students of Missouri State University. Student mediators are trained to help students better understand the nature of the conflicts that arise in everyday life and give students the skills and confidence to deal with them in an effective and positive way.
