The Good Body

The Good Body production is about how women of all cultures and backgrounds are influenced to change the way they look in order to fit in. The production juxtaposes cross-cultural explorations with Eve Ensler of the Vagina Monologues, journey of accepting herself.  The cast consist of Jill Bailey, Stefany Cambra, Nicole Harrell, Stephanie Judkins, Carol J. Maples, Chelsea Russell and Bethany Ziskind.

You can go and view The Good Body at the Canvas Art Gallery located at 315 South Avenue. The production starts at 7:30pm on April 12-13 and 2:00pm on April 14. Tickets can be reserved at the SCT Box Office, 440 S. Campbell Ave or by calling 417-831-8001.

Adult: $18.00

Student and Senior (55 and older):$15.00

Student Rush: $10.00 and will be available 30 minutes before the performance (if seats are available)

The Science Behind Coffee Roasting

Do you enjoy coffee? Come learn about the origins of coffee, how pro roasters taste and have the chance to share and compare others thoughts on each coffee.  You can participate in this event on April 13, 2013 at 10:00am at the Discovery Center.
