There is an unexpected street blockage on Harrison Street south of Hutchens House.  Contractor unexpectedly set up a crane blocking Harrison Street this morning.  The crane is needed to replace mechanical units at Hutchens House.  The street is expected to be open by this afternoon.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
