The 2026 Spring Scholarship Summit is now only two weeks away!
Join the FCTL on April 15, 2026, from 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. in Meyer Library 107 for this open-house style poster presentation event, where faculty from across our campus community will be sharing their research, initiatives, and teaching-related scholarship via engaging poster presentations. This year’s event boasts an impressive 19 presentations from over 30 faculty members on a wide span of topics.
The Summit is an open-house event, providing a flexible experience for attendees that allows faculty members to engage as their schedules allow. Stop by for a few minutes between your tasks and responsibilities or stay for the full event to explore an expansive range of projects, discuss thoughts or ask questions, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed, collegial setting.
This event creates a space for attendees and presenters alike that invites conversation, collaboration, and new ideas. The Summit is the perfect place for you to discover approaches that resonate with your own teaching practices, research that sparks new curiosity or inquiries, or opportunities for interdisciplinary partnership. Attending the event also helps build a culture of shared scholarship amongst our campus community. Not only can you support your colleagues from your school or college, you can engage with faculty across colleges that you may not have the opportunity to meet otherwise.
To get a full list of the presenters and presentations you can find at the Summit this year, visit the event page on the FCTL website – or, to learn more about the event and hear from some presenters, check out our Spring Scholarship Summit Spotlight article here on the FCTL blog. The FCTL looks forward to welcoming you at the event this April for an afternoon of exploration, connection, and discussion!
