The month of August for Fiscal Year 2025 is now closed for University Chart of Accounts. University Departmental Reports (against ODSPROD Database) will be updated tomorrow with the ‘closed’ indicator for August. No further entries will be posted in August.

We are transitioning the Chartwells invoice processing to using the Dynamics Forms payment request form. Starting October 1st, Chartwells will send invoices directly to your department, and administrators will need to submit a payment request through Dynamics forms for the invoices to be paid.
Payroll recasting for Fiscal Year 25 August has been posted to Banner Production (PROD). My Finance Query will reflect the payroll entry immediately; Bear Finance (ODSPROD) University Departmental Reports will reflect it by tomorrow.
