Vendor Registration Form and Substitute W-9 Updated

Effective September 1, 2025, Financial Services will no longer accept the previous version of the Vendor Registration Form.

The new form can be accessed via the Vendor/Supplier Registration webpage.

Please contact your budget analyst in Financial Services with any questions.

We would like to share you with the Finance SSB9 – My Finance Dashboard link so that you can try using them. My Finance Dashboard is not available under Work Resources of mymissouristate at this point because some features/functions used in SSB8 are not in this new SSB9 version yet. We have instructions available for each session under My Finance Dashboard and you may request that by email us at BannerFinance@missouristate.edu.
