Employee Compliance Training – Schedule and Tips for Completion

August 25, 2022 by Patrick Hurn

All employees, including graduate assistants and student workers, are required to complete compliance training within thirty (30) calendar days from their hire date, and every three (3) years thereafter. Employees with three or more years of continuous service will receive an email notification with instructions for accessing the training during their hire month using the most recent hire date.

If someone’s most recent hire month is August and they have at least three years of continuous service, they will receive an email notification through My Learning Connection during the month of August.  For those with a September hire date, they will receive an email notification in September, and so forth over the course of a year.   Subsequently, employees would be automatically reassigned again in 3 years with the same assignment schedule.

Tips for Completion:

  • Ensure you complete the training on a PC (versus MAC).
  • Ensure “third-party cookies” are enabled on your browser.

Specific instructions and assistance are detailed in the assignment email. For assistance accessing the training, consult with your supervisor or contact HRLearning@MissouriState.edu. For questions about training requirements, contact at Equity@MissouriState.edu. To request disability accommodations, contact the Deputy Compliance Officer at DeputyComplianceOfficer@MissouriState.edu.

Please note – Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that employees who report to them complete the required training.

Thank you for doing your part to make the University more inclusive.
