Join us as we recognize the dedication, service and accomplishments of university staff at the annual Staff Awards Luncheon Jan. 6, 2027, in Hammons Student Center.

A time to celebrate

The luncheon will recognize staff milestones and celebrate the outstanding dedication and service of our team members.

• Doors open for seating at 11 a.m., lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the program kicks off at noon.
• We will celebrate staff who’ve met a five-year milestone and Bears who’ve made an impact on the MSU and Springfield communities.
• Honorees will receive their certificate at the ceremony. If you’re unable to attend, certificates will be given to leadership in each cost center.
• Honorees will receive an email with a gift card option as a token of the university’s thanks.
• BearWear is encouraged.
