✅ No Premium Changes for 2026
Good news — your rates remain consistent for 2026! Plus, your premium is age-locked at the time of enrollment, meaning once you’re enrolled, your rate will not increase just because you age.
🧾 What Is It?
Critical Illness Insurance is a voluntary supplemental policy designed to help ease the financial burden if you or a covered dependent is diagnosed with a covered critical illness. You receive a lump-sum payment directly to you — use it however you like: medical expenses, travel, household bills, or recovery time away from work.
⚙️ How It Works
-
Select Your Coverage – Pick the plan and benefit amount that fits your needs.
-
File a Claim – If you or a covered dependent is diagnosed with a qualifying condition, you file a claim to receive your benefit (see brochure for full conditions/ exclusions).
-
Receive Payment – Funds are paid directly to you and can be used at your discretion.
