A reminder that the Optional Self Review step closes on May 20.  If you are planning to complete a self-review with the process, the submission to your supervisor is due by May 20.  Supervisors have access to be working on their employee reviews during this window too.  All completed 2025 Annual Reviews are due by June 30.

We request that supervisors check their Performance Review dashboard to verify that they have access to their employees 2025 Performance Review documents in the My Learning Connection.  There are HR Live sessions available for registration in My Learning Connection for employees and supervisors. Additionally, there are Help Guides and resources about the process posted on the HR Employee Relations website.
