“Approved for Interview” Applications May Not Be Viewable in the ATS

May 18, 2026 by Callie N. Hill

Applicants in the state of “Approved for Interview” in postings in the ATS are not currently viewable

Late last week, as applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) were transitioned to the state of “Approved for Interview” in full-time staff and full-time faculty postings, they became hidden for users in certain roles, such as Applicant Reviewers.  Therefore, Applicant Reviewers are unable to view the “Approved for Interview” applicants in their postings.

The ATS vendor, PeopleAdmin, is aware of this issue and is currently working on restoring the viewability of those applications back to the necessary user roles.

If you have an immediate need to view the “Approved for Interview” applications in your postings, please contact Callie McClarnon (CallieMcClarnon@missouristate.edu) or Jill Murphy (JillMurphy@missouristate.edu) for assistance.

As soon as this issue is resolved, we will send another HR Blog with the updated information.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
