Complete at least two activities to earn the full discount

Educational questionnaire (video), flu vaccination, biometric screening

To educate employees about health benefits resources, support proactive health management and reduce the impact of influenza on our workforce, full-time employees enrolled in the Health Plan will qualify for the full 2027 wellness incentive by completing any two of these activities by Dec. 1, 2026:

• Watch/complete an educational wellness video/questionnaire through My Learning Connection (Nov. 1-Dec. 1, 2026)
• Receive a flu vaccination (between Aug. 1-Dec. 1, 2026)
• Complete a biometric screening (between Jan. 1-Dec. 1, 2026)

Each activity is worth a $15 monthly incentive. Employees may complete any two of the three activities to receive the full $30 monthly incentive, a savings of $360 per year. Completing all three activities is encouraged to maximize the health benefits of participating; however, the maximum incentive remains $30 per month.

💉 Flu Vaccinations

Flu shots are a covered preventive service under the Health Plan and are worth $15 toward your monthly incentive.

Clinic Schedule

Flu vaccination appointments are available for the following locations and can be scheduled through the MyHealth Patient Portal:

• West Plains Student Recreation Center
  • Oct. 14, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Oct. 29, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Springfield Campus
  • Sept 15 – Dec 1: Magers Health and wellness
  • Oct 28: Benefit and Wellness Fair PSU 308 
    • Flu vaccination appointments are available through the MyHealth Patient Portal.

Appointments through Magers Nursing Services are available beginning Tuesday, Sept. 15.

Flu vaccinations provided by Magers are available to all employees, including full-time and part-time employees, as well as household members and students.

If you receive your flu vaccination outside of Magers, email your vaccination record to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu with the subject line “Flu Vaccination.”

🧪 Biometric Screenings

Biometric screenings help identify potential health risks early and are worth $15 toward your monthly incentive.

  • Oct. 14, 10 a.m- 2:30 p.m (Magers, by appointment through MyHealth Patient portal)
  • Oct. 29,  9a.m.- 1:30 p.m. (Magers, by appointment through MyHealth Patient portal)
• Springfield campus, PSU Room 308
  • Oct. 27, 2026, 7-9:45 a.m. — Mercy, schedule online
  • Oct. 28, 2026, 7-9:45 a.m. — Mercy, schedule online
• Magers Health and Wellness Center
  • Available year-round by appointment through MyHealth Patient Portal (Jan. 1-Dec. 1, 2026)

If your biometric screening is completed somewhere other than Magers, including screenings completed through Mercy on campus, email your screening record to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu with the subject line “Biometric Screening.” To receive credit for the wellness incentive, your screening record must include both lipid panel and A1C results.

• Individual activity = $15 monthly incentive
