If you still need your flu vaccination or biometric screening for the 2027 Health Premium Wellness Incentive, there are several opportunities coming up on campus.

Full-time employees enrolled in the MSU Health Plan can earn $15 per month for each qualifying activity, with a maximum of $30 per month, or $360 annually, by completing any two of the three wellness activities by Dec. 1, 2026.

💉 Designated Flu Clinics at Magers

Need your flu shot? Magers Health and Wellness Center will offer designated flu clinics Monday through Thursday next week to make it easier to get your vaccination.

Appointments can be scheduled through the MyHealth Patient Portal.

Magers also offers flu vaccinations to full-time and part-time employees, household members and students. If you receive your flu vaccination somewhere other than Magers, you can submit your vaccination record to Magers Medical Records for wellness incentive credit.

Flu vaccinations must be completed between Aug. 1 and Dec. 1, 2026, to count toward the 2027 wellness incentive.

🧪 More Opportunities for Biometric Screenings

Magers has additional biometric screening appointments available through November, giving employees more opportunities to complete this wellness activity before the Dec. 1 deadline.

Mercy will also offer biometric screening clinics on campus, providing another convenient option for employees who still need to complete this activity.

If you already have a qualifying biometric screening on file with Magers, you may have received an email from Magers this week confirming that your biometric screening is on file. If you received this email, no additional action is needed for that wellness activity. Your biometric screening will count toward one of the two activities required to earn the wellness incentive.

If you still need a biometric screening, appointments are available through Magers by scheduling through the MyHealth Patient Portal.

If your biometric screening is completed somewhere other than Magers, including screenings completed through Mercy on campus, email your screening record to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu with the subject line “Biometric Screening.” To receive credit for the wellness incentive, your screening record must include both lipid panel and A1C results.

If you complete your biometric screening through Mercy, submit your screening record to Magers Medical Records with the subject line “Biometric Screening” to receive credit toward the wellness incentive. The record must include both lipid panel and A1C results.

To receive the full $30 monthly wellness incentive, complete any two of the following by Dec. 1, 2026:
