Job Description:
- You will work directly with the Multiple Line Brokerage Operations team, to assist with daily operations and projects relating to brokered business of over 1400 agents.
- You will assist with auditing of brokered business and agent lists with affiliated companies
- Assist in the development of effective workflows and processes, including reporting, auditing, setup, and transfer procedures
- Assists with setup of agents with affiliated brokers and carriers
- Utilize Excel, SharePoint and other databases to manage information
- Assist with the development of field communications
- Assist with special projects related to business acquisition
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be a current college student
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
- Undergraduate student with minimum of (60) hours completed
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is desired
- A candidate with business or operations coursework/experience is desired
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint experience preferred
- Demonstrated project management abilities
- An average of 20-25 hours per week during the semester; up to 37.5 hours per week during the holiday season and summer
- Must have availability year-round
