Position Description
As a Senior Manager of the Decision Science team, you will apply your skills in statistics, design of experiments, regression, clustering, decision trees, machine learning to big data sets. You will work cross-functionally on projects with a broad array of internal clients and external partners, translating business needs into actionable and material solutions. As you cull out insights you will be accountable for developing strategies and programs to optimize our product decisions in order to increase sales and grow membership. You will be responsible for predicting and measuring the results of your work, presenting your work to peers and executives, and influencing the organization to adopt your methods. And working for a $58 billion organization that works with 40 petabytes of data, you will be solving challenges for one of the world’s largest organizations.
- Consults on the business strategy

Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in the creation and application of analytics to drive retail business strategies.
- Graduate degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field OR a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an undergraduate degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience defining, measuring, and presenting key performance indicators related to marketing campaign effectiveness.
- 3 years’ experience using in-database analytics, SQL, Hive, Alteryx or similar programming languages to retrieve, merge, and hygiene data from multiple sources or platforms.
