After an impressive performance at the 2026 Collegiate FBLA State Leadership Conference earlier this spring, Missouri State University’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter carried its momentum on the national stage. The chapter earned multiple honors and top-ten finishes at the 2026 FBLA Collegiate National Leadership Conference (NLC), held June 6–8 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In Las Vegas, Missouri State students competed against some of the largest and most prestigious colleges and universities in the United States. As a result, they demonstrated strong leadership, professionalism, and business skills while representing the university at the highest level of collegiate FBLA competition.
National Recognition for Chapter Excellence
Missouri State’s FBLA chapter earned 8th Place Outstanding Chapter in the nation. This recognition reflects the organization’s strong commitment to leadership development, community engagement, professional growth, and student success throughout the year.
In addition, Courtney T. Pham, Senior Instructor and chapter advisor, received the honor of Missouri’s Local Adviser of the Year. This award recognizes her dedication to mentoring students and supporting the program’s continued success.
The chapter also celebrated Alyson Harter, who earned the prestigious Who’s Who in FBLA recognition. This honor highlights leadership, academic excellence, and service within the organization.
