Burlin Hefley State Farm Agency is looking for a part-time worker. Salary is $8-9 an hour and 20 hours a week are expected. The coordinator is expected to assist in the growth of the agency by implementing marketing programs already established, plus help develop programs for new customers as well as retention of existing customers. Other duties include maintaining referral lists, tracking sales goals and results, developing ads for sponsorships, and managing social media.

Qualifications

• Educational background in marketing or communications
• Minimal experience
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Proficient in MS Office
