Built on Three Pillars
For the past several years, AMA Springfield has followed three main pillars that guide its work: Lead, Learn, and Connect. These pillars shape weekly meetings and community events. The 13th Annual Hope on Wheels Car Show was held with Convoy of Hope. It is one of the most meaningful examples of these pillars in action. The event turned ideas into real impact in the community.
Leadership That Made It Happen
This year’s event was organized by Jack Branch, Vice President of Programming. He reached out to businesses in the Springfield area and secured important donations and sponsorships. His work helped fund the event. It also strengthened AMA’s connection with the local business community. It created new relationships that will continue after the event.
A Day Worth Showing Up For
Seventy-five cars of different ages, makes, and models filled the event space. The event brought together car enthusiasts, families, and community members for an engaging experience. People came together to share the experience. Every registration, donation, and sponsorship contributed to the total. The event raised $1,300 for Convoy of Hope, which supports people in Springfield and beyond.

More Than the Sum of Its Parts
This event stood out for more than just attendance and funds raised. It showed what those numbers truly mean. The 13th Annual Hope on Wheels Car Show showed AMA’s mission in action. Students took leadership roles. They learned through real experience. They built strong connections with their community. The impact continues even after the event ended.
