We are looking to hire students who will be graduating in May of 2017, as this program does not start until July of 2017. The SCIL program is considered a full-time job, not an internship or co-op, and it feeds into management positions at the end of 12 months. 1. ·         Take part in mentoring relationships
2. ·         Work with and learn from people involved in daily operations and decision-    making
3. ·         Experience core operations areas – Warehouse Management, Customer          Service, Transportation Management, Project Management
4. ·         Gain an introduction to Business Process Integration, Supply Chain Solutions,
5. ·         Continual Improvement, Engineering and Lean Methodology
6. ·         Do all of this over the course of an 12-month rotation

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Some previous supply chain-related internship/work experience
• Willingness to relocate/travel
• Graduating in May 2017
