2017-18 SPORTS MARKETING & SALES INTERNSHIP 

Job Description & Qualifications: Evangel University Athletic Department is currently seeking aggressive, creative, responsible, and self-motivated individuals for the position of Sports Marketing & Sales Intern. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

– Assist in advertising sales for game programs and in-stadium signage.

– Developing, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional efforts for Evangel’s spectator sports, including on-court and on-field promotions.

– Promotional item distribution.

– Assisting and planning special events, and assisting in-office efforts.

– Knowledge of social media platforms.
Additional Qualifications: Ideal candidates must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated; display strong marketing skills with a willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends; excellent written and oral communication skills; thrive in working in a team environment. Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Photoshop preferred.

Compensation: Commission rates vary from 3% – 9%
