Bancsource is an independent industry leader of financial equipment sales and service in North America.
They are currently hiring a Sales Operations Administrator. This is a full time position and looking at candidates about to graduate with a degree in Marketing or Business.

Summary: Coordinates/Assists with all aspects of sales administration and operations including, but not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
- SalesForce (SF) Administrator – Responsible for the CRM system including:
- Full training and understanding of the SF functions
- Maintain all customer and sales representative information
- Entering of sales and/or orders as needed
- Quoting of solutions as needed
- Sales Order Entry – develops regular reporting for review by Director of Sales
- Sales Commission – review, calculate and verify all commissions and submit monthly report to Director of Sales, CEO & Payroll for payment
- Lead Tracking – collect, input, assign and track all sales leads
- Sales Assistance – works with sales on a daily basis on assistance with specific needs
- RFP’s – Request For Proposal
- Responsible for coordinating all responses with the assigned sales representative
- Responsible for providing company specific information
- Ensure the proper delivery of all responses
- Produces all sales reports including data input, when necessary
- Monitors all sales contests including gathering data for tracking
- Plan & attend annual sales meeting
- Industry Conferences – develop plan, sign up for and track annual conferences.
- Develop and implement new sales employee on-boarding program
- Marketing – develop and implement marking plans, including all customer communication
- Support the Director of Sales on task relating to the success of the sales organization
