Role Description
As a Professional Healthcare Representative at Pfizer, you’ll take on a role with real responsibility. On one hand, there’s your responsibility for sales targets and physician relationships. But on the other, a duty to the continued provision of quality patient care. As such, you’ll need to demonstrate specialist understanding and an ability to communicate necessary technical, scientific and disease management information to our customers. You’ll be an enthusiastic advocate for our work, bringing your deep knowledge and passion for our products to everything you do – ensuring their appropriate use and achieving the business potential of your territory.
What you’ll need:
•Proven experience of engaging, influencing and supporting customers throughout the sales process
•Excellent communication and interpersonal and leadership skills
•Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and embrace new ways of working in a rapidly changing environment
•Working knowledge of a matrix environment and the ability to leverage multiple resources for meeting customer needs and delivering results
•Ability to perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with all Company policies, practices and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
•BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution
•Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary
•Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
Preferred Qualifications:
•1 year of either professional sales experience, work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, professional marketing experience (including internships) or military experience
•Live within 50 miles of territory
