Koch Rising Leaders are:
- Excited about exploring opportunities to kick off a career at a global company.
- Full-time students majoring in accounting, supply chain or IT.
- Sophomores and juniors with a GPA of at least 3.25.

Open to second-year students pursuing a four-year program and third-year students pursuing a five-year program.
