The Springfield Headquarters is currently seeking students to fill a Student Clerk position in the Procurement Department of the Accounting & Finance Division. The Student Clerk will work approximately 20 hours/week in the fall and spring semester and continue up to 40 hours/week during the summer months.

The Student Clerk will primarily be responsible for assisting with document management in the Procurement Department, such as scanning and electronically filing documents into enterprise-wide systems, data entry, and archiving contractual agreements. Additional duties include various clerical support for the Accounting & Finance Division, as assigned.

Qualified applicants must be currently enrolled in an academic education program. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. This candidate will display strong attention to detail and accuracy and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
