Job Title and Description/Primary Responsibilities: Operations Support Intern

The position is to provide support to our operations team.

Required Qualifications: 

• Good communication skills via phone and email
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Tracking loads
• Communicating with shippers and receivers
• Setting pick-up and delivery appointments
• Basic data entry into transportation management system
