The French’s facility makes French’s Mustard, Frank’s Red Hot brand hot sauce, and the French’s brand French-fried onions as seen in green bean casseroles on Thanksgiving tables across the country.
David Hammons, Senior Instructor in Marketing Department, and his students in MKT 460 – Supply Chain Strategy, toured the French’s production facility and distribution center
The class got to learn about the challenges of pandemic-stricken supply chains, while maintaining a 24-7 production schedule and meeting the high demand for French’s products. They also spoke about job opportunities for those who graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management from Missouri State.
