Position Overview: Summer 2026 Recruitment will begin in Fall 2025. Applications will likely open mid/late August and conclude early October. The number of intern hires varies year over year as the business needs/requests vary. Typically, the undergraduate Lauder Internship program is anywhere from 90 to 150 interns. A variety of programs are offered, which include the Lauder Summer Internship Program (Undergrad), R&D and Packaging STEM Summer Internship Program (Undergrad, Masters, PhD), CEO Presidential Internship Program (Undergrad, Masters, MBA), and Finance & Strategy Internship Programs (MBA).

  • The Lauder Summer Internship Program is a 10-week program that offers undergraduate students in the U.S. the opportunity to think critically in real-world corporate situations. Students have the opportunity to apply for openings in our corporate functions or at one of our brands, and they will be assigned based on their academic backgrounds and interests once they are accepted into the program. Roles will vary according to business needs.

• R&D and Packaging STEM Summer Internship Program (Undergrad, Masters, PhD)
  • The R&D and Packaging STEM Summer Internship Program (12 weeks) offers high-performing Engineering/ Life Sciences students with real-life work experience. Additionally, these high performers receive insights and mentoring from our scientists, engineers, and product developers who thrive on the challenge of formulating and designing new products, packages, and experiences.

• CEO Presidential Internship Program (Undergrad, Masters, MBA)
  • This 10-week summer internship program offers participants challenging and engaging experiences within critical business functions, including Marketing, Online, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Data Analytics, and Creative. Participants work under the guidance and sponsorship of a key executive. This internship program is intended for candidates who wish to be considered for our full-time, rotational CEO Global Presidential Program after graduation.

• Finance & Strategy Internship Programs (MBA).
  • The Finance & Strategy MBA Internship Program is intended for current MBA students in their first year who wish to be considered for the full-time, rotational Finance & Strategy Leadership Associate Program after graduation.
