Position Overview: This paid internship provides hands-on experience in sales and
project coordination within the manufactured and modular home industry. Interns will
gain valuable skills in customer engagement, marketing strategy, and sales process
execution under the direct mentorship of the company President.
Position Description: The intern will support MH Home Center’s Springfield location
with sales-related activities, including job shadowing, assisting with customer
consultations, and learning about project timelines and home setup logistics. The
position is ideal for students pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or business.
Required Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Professional Sales, or Business program
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
● Professionalism, reliability, and organizational ability

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Assisting with customer consultations and follow-up communication
● Supporting sales presentations and learning closing techniques
● Learning and using HubSpot CRM to track leads and sales activities
● Helping coordinate timelines and tasks for customer projects
● Observing and assisting with onsite setup logistics and client walkthroughs
● Participating in internal team meetings and business operations

Internship Weekly Hours:
Flexible part-time schedule, up to 40 hours per week depending on availability and
school schedule

Flexible / To Be Determined Based on Student Schedule
Intern Compensation ($/hr):
$15/hour + Bonus per Sale
