Multiple desktop workspaces in Windows 11

April 11, 2023 by Ian Alaimo

A little-known feature is that Windows 11 supports multiple desktops to help you organize your open apps into different workspaces. Click the circled button below that’s usually by the search bar to add desktops. Once you have multiple desktops open you can quickly switch between them by using the CTRL +Windows Key and left/right keys. Windows 10 also has this feature but it’s a little harder to get to., so a good reason to upgrade to 11.
