Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon October 4th

Join us for the Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon Friday, October 4th from 11:00am-1:00pm in the PSU Grand Ballroom!

The price is $10.00 per person and the menu consists of:

Fall Salad-Mixed Greens, Roasted Pecans, Sliced Apples, Dried Cherries, Thinly Sliced Red Onion, Feta Cheese served with a Maple Balsamic Dressing.

Signature Rolls with Whipped Butter.

Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast with Rosemary Beurre Blanc Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables with Mushroom, Carrots, Squash and Onions, Stuffed Manicotti with Blush Sauce.

Delicious Pink Dessert Buffet.

Iced Tea, Iced Water, Pink Lemonade, Hot Tea.

Come help us support this great cause! Half of the lunch proceeds go to Staff Senate to assist in their fundraising efforts for breast cancer awareness month.

Reservations are not required, however, if you would like to make a reservation, please email Teri Trickey at teritrickey@missouristate.edu with the number of guests and department name.
