The chemistry website was redesigned as part of the Academic Website Project, which strives to enhance academic websites for use in recruitment efforts.
Key features of the newly designed website include the following:
- Explains degree options
The undergraduate chemistry degree offers several options, and the website explains the differences to prospective students. This showcases the flexibility and breadth of choice within the major. - Promotes student resources and opportunities
The website outlines resources specific to chemistry majors, including tutoring and special seminars. By doing this, the department showcases itself as available and engaged with its students.
